• 500 ml granulated sugar
• 45 ml dried flower petals

Drying

• Pick flowers early in the day, after dew has evaporated
• Place clean flowers on paper towel on cookie rack
• Let air dry in a warm dark and dust free area
• Crumble and place in an airtight glass container.
