are included as part of the experience.

    A refreshing twist on the
    traditional drink minus the alcohol.

  • Maple Bread
    Local Maple Syprup basted bread with seeds harvested at Rollway perfect for dipping in compote and jams, served with assorted chutneys and pickles.

  • Wild Violet Sorbet
    Viola odorata has released her perfume into a floral sorbet that cleanses the palate.

  • Tomatoe consomme with Daylily rhizomes seasoned with pepper-grass and garlic chives
    Served with freshly foraged greens and a tangy vinaigrette.

  • Japanese Knotweed Curd
    An addictive lemony curd topped with lilac vapor whipped cream served with herbed infused chocolate.
